### Summary

This proposal advocates for upgrading the wstETH-NTRN XYK pool to PCL on Neutron mainnet.

### Abstract

The Astral Assembly recently upgraded wstETH-axlWETH from XYK to PCL on Neutron. This proposal advocates for upgrade wstETH-NTRN to PCL as well.
